Happy New Year from UC Riverside Undergraduate Admissions |
We hope you and your students have a successful 2019.
We understand that one of the biggest stressors for new university students is the cost of higher education. That's why it is important to remember that FAFSA and Dream Act applications must be filed online by 11:59 p.m. on March 2.
At UCR, 86 percent of undergraduate students receive financial aid and 70 percent of those who receive aid have all their fees covered by grants and scholarships.
To help prospective students get an accurate idea of just how affordable UCR can be, as well as the financial aid they could qualify for, there is the UCR Net Price Calculator. |

All transfer applicants to the University of California must complete a Transfer Application Update (TAU) form. Students who have not yet done so may access this form by going to the UC Application Update website and clicking on "Access Your Application" on the right hand side of the page. Students must complete the form, even if they do not have any work in progress or planned, by the priority deadline of January 31, 2019. |
|
Admission notifications will begin posting in March to students' MyUCR accounts. Please encourage students to keep an eye out for the email that will direct them to set their password and log into their MyUCR account. |
|
Students should update their highest self-reported ACT, SAT and SAT subject test scores on their admission application as soon as they receive scores from tests they took in November and December. |
